ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (CLIENT COMMAND & RELATIONS)

SIGNA is looking for an Account Executive who isn’t a “salesperson” or a “client handler.” We’re looking for the person who can walk into a room full of nervous executives, chaotic founders, or overcaffeinated marketing teams — and instantly take control of the energy.

WHAT YOU DO HERE

You’re the bridge between SIGNA and the outside world.
You guide clients through the process, set expectations, deliver clarity, and ensure the work moves forward with zero confusion.
You help identify opportunities, pitch ideas, gather intel, and build trust.
You make clients feel safe while we do dangerous creative work.
You translate, negotiate, filter, and lead.
You are the voice that keeps everything aligned.
