You identify cultural waves and slip SIGNA into them with precision.
You manage launches, teasers, campaigns, experiments, and the long-game mythmaking.
You turn our work, thinking, personality, and doctrine into content that hits.
You grow a community that feels chosen, not chanted for.
You don’t “post.”
You deploy.

WHAT WE EXPECT

– Deep understanding of TikTok, IG, X, LinkedIn, YouTube (and upcoming spaces)
– Strong taste in content, motion, typography, editing, and storytelling
– Ability to concept, write, produce, and ship quickly
– Experience analyzing engagement and adjusting strategy with intelligence, not panic
– An instinct for virality — the good kind, not the cringe kind
– A portfolio or feed that proves you understand attention
– Comfort handling the founder’s personality, voice, speed, and chaos
